Survival of the Fittest
What we do
Four tracks. One methodology. Whether you're chasing a sport, a personal record, or a better body — the science doesn't change. Only the application does.
01
Force production, power output, and resilience built from the ground up. Programming rooted in sports science — not trends, not guesswork.
02
Diagnose and rewire how your body moves under load and at speed. Most athletes never address this. The ones who do never look back.
03
Programming built around the exact demands of your sport and position — not a generic template with your sport's name on it.
04
Skill, IQ, and athleticism — all three, developed together. Built on the same biomechanical foundation as every other track. Because real hooper development is athletic development.
The approach
"The body adapts to
exactly what you
demand of it."
Built on a background in collegiate and national-level competition across basketball and track, every program here is grounded in sports science, biomechanics, and the lived reality of what it takes to compete at a high level. This isn't a gym. It's a system — built on understanding how the human body produces force, absorbs impact, and sustains performance over time.
The Jungle exists for athletes who take their body seriously. Regardless of sport, age, or current level — the principles that make elite athletes elite are the same. We just apply them with precision.
Who's behind it
A background in competitive athletics at the collegiate and national level — across both basketball and track — forms the foundation of everything done here. Not as a credential to hang on a wall, but as a lived understanding of what the body is capable of and what it takes to demand more from it.
Years of self-directed study in sports science, biomechanics, and human performance added the language and framework to explain what competition taught intuitively. The Jungle is where those two things meet.
What you bring to the table
CCCAA National Champion & collegiate athlete — basketball and track & field, with firsthand experience training and competing at the highest level.
Deep self-study in sports science — biomechanics, force mechanics, movement assessment, and human performance research.
Dual-sport coaching perspective — training methodologies from both court and track inform every program built here.
Systems-based approach — not sessions, not vibes. Programs are built as complete systems with purpose at every stage.
